Why we started
Crescent Surveys was set up in 2026 to do one job well: domestic EPCs for people inBolton, Wigan and Chorley and the towns nearby, at a price you can see before you book, on a day that suits you rather than the assessor.
Most people need an EPC at a busy moment. A sale is going through, a tenancy is about to start, a landlord has a deadline. The job is to make the certificate the easy part: book online, get a visit that turns up when it said, and have the certificate on the register before anyone chases it.
Accreditation
Every EPC in England and Wales has to be produced by an assessor accredited with a government-approved scheme. Ours is Sterling Accreditation, which has accredited energy assessors since 2009 and audits the certificates and photographs its members lodge.You can check any certificate we lodge on the government register.
